What We Offer

Our consultations are a minimum of 15 minutes for routine matters and extended for more serious or sensitive bookings. In the event of an emergency, we will always try to accommodate and see your pet as soon as possible.

Riverside Pet Club

Vaccinations

Routine vaccinations for all of your cats, dogs and rabbits.

Dental Care

We have state of the art digital dental x-ray Equipment and a dedicated x-ray suite. We offer dental checks, dental advice and can carry out complex dental procedures.

Routine Surgery

Our operating theatres are state of the art, with heated surgery tables, advanced monitors and equipment. We carry out all routine veterinary surgeries including neutering, lump removal and more.

Referral Surgery

Nick is an Advanced Practitioner in surgery. We can therefore offer referral-level surgeries for prices that are significantly lower than other local vet clinics. These are carried out onsite, using our team of permanent staff.

Nurse Clinics

Alongside being surgical assistants, anaesthetists and carers our amazing Registered Veterinary Nurses can offer dietary advice, nail clips, weight clinics, anal sac expressing and more.

Microchipping

Microchipping is a legal requirement for all dogs over the age of 8 weeks and from June 2024 it will also become a legal requirement for cats.

Flea, tick and worm treatments

We are happy to advise on the best treatments for your pets.

Riverside Pet Club

We’ve created our Riverside Pet Club to ensure that our clients have peace of mind knowing that all of their pet’s routine healthcare needs are taken care of. Regular monthly payments which spread the cost of treatment across the year. See below for more details.

Out of Hours Emergencies and Support

If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our practice is closed, please contact MiNightVet Chester.

MiNightVet are a dedicated emergency service with full-time night staff who will be alert and effective even at unsociable hours. Their qualified vets and nurses have a special interest, experience and training in all aspects of urgent critical care.

The team are available to provide free telephone advice in the event that you feel that your pet may need urgent care, and they will provide you with an emergency consultation at the Out of Hours clinic if your pet needs to be seen.
